Domestic Silk Moth caterpillars are the main producers of silk. These moths are very dependent on humans for reproduction, as a result of millennia of selective breeding. the practice of breeding silkworms for the production of raw silk, has been under way for at least 5,000 years in China.

After the caterpillar spins its silk cocoon they are harvested, still alive, and thrown into a pot of boiling water. This removes the substance secreted by the caterpillar to keep the silk glued and hard. The silk can then be unraveled and used to produce cloth.

I’ve had it marked explicit pretty much since 2011. What’s going to happen is it won’t be as searchable/accessible for those who don’t know my direct url, however I’ve posted enough on other sites that it’ll all still be pretty easy to find.
I have 8 years of posts on here so it’s impossible for me to go all the way back and see if I’ve got any flagged content. If it goes, it goes. I don’t really care what happens after the 17th.
I’ll remake if I have to, but it won’t really affect my current interfacing with the website. I just browse for inspiration here now. I don’t really have a need for an NSFW account the way other people do, so I’m not really feeling a need to move to a different site.
